• The Greenhorns blog: posts on issues of young farmers, including job opportunities!
• ATTRA job board: $5
• COMFOOD mailing list: a lot of academic jobs, but internships too
• Grow Food.com
• Good Food Jobs: $60 for 60 days

Other ideas:

• Professors or program heads of related college departments like natural resources.
• Your local farming organization and conference.
