Each Small Farm Central site comes with as many addresses @your-domain-name.com (click here to read more about domain names) as you need. For example, if your website is http://www.vermontberryfarm.com, you could have the address csa@vermontberryfarm.com.
All you need to do to request an address is email the address you would like to use to support@smallfarmcentral.com. Your address will be created and then you will be sent your login and password.
Once you have your address and password, you can access your email anywhere you have access to an internet browser by typing in the address bar of your browser:
http://webmail.your-domain-name.com (or as in the example above, webmail.vermontberryfarm.com).
Type your webmail address into any browser to start logging into your email account.
Now type in your email name and password into the form provided -- as seen in the screenshot below:
Logging in to your webmail account.
You will now be logged in to your email account. The first time you login, you will want to change your password for security. To do this, click "My Account" in the left-column and then "Password" as shown in the screenshot below:
Change your password the first time you log in.
To send your first email address, click on "Mail" in the left-column and then click "New Message" and a new window will pop-out as shown below. You can then compose the email as normal.
