The menu manager allows you to manage the way people navigate through your site.
You will see in the screenshot below an example of a menu on a Small Farm Central site:

In this screenshot, the "top level menu" or the "menu title" is:
The Experience
You can change this title -- hold on we'll get there.
The "menu items" are the links that come up under the dropdown such as: Event Calendar, News, Milking the Goats, etc.
Now to edit these menus and their associated text, login to your control panel and navigate to the following page:
Administrate / Menu Manager
This first screenshot details how to edit the "top-level" menus like "The Experience".

The second screenshot details how to edit or disable the "menu items" like Event Calendar.

You may have a question about the weight column in the menu items manager. Basically, the weight determines the order that menu items show up in. Heavier item weights (such as 8) will always show up below a "lighter" item weight (such as 4 or -4). Click here for more information on weights.
