Pickup Surcharge
Do you have a higher cost for one of your pickup locations, due to the gas to get there, staff to maintain, etc? You can create a fee that only applies to certain pickups.

- Type "Pickup Surcharge" or whatever you'd like into the Title field

- You're all done. You should see your charge now at the top of the screen under Review Current Charges & Discounts. If you need to change anything, click the pencil to edit.
- Note: To be really specific and have a charge or discount apply to only certain Member Type/Location combos, don't use the "All" checkboxes, but instead use the specific ones for each cross-reference.
Meat/Egg/Dairy Surcharge
What if certain Member Types require more maintenance? Perhaps you need to have a cooler full of ice or have a staff-member there to cut a filet? You can create a fee that only applies to certain types of subscriptions.
- In your Admin, go to Member Assembler > Configure > Charge/Discount
- Click to open the Charge/Discount with Membership Type & Location Filter tab
- Type "Egg Surcharge" or whatever you'd like into the Title field
- Use the pull-down to select "charge(+)"
- Type in the dollar amount for the charge
- Look at the table below. All your Member Types are listed down the left side
- Click the "All" checkbox on the left side next to the name of every Member Type you want the charge to apply to. You will see that all the boxes in each Member Type's row get checked.

- In your Admin, go to Member Assembler > Configure > Charge/Discount
- Click to open either the Returning Member or New Member Charge/Discount tab
- Type "New Member Discount" or whatever you'd like into the Title field
- Use the pull-down to select "discount(-)"

Prorated Memberships
There's no need to create new subscription types for people joining up mid-season. Just set up some automatic prorated membership discounts.
- In your Admin, go to Member Assembler > Configure > Charge/Discount
- Click to open either the Prorated Discount (Weekly) or Prorated Discount (Monthly) tab
- Type "Prorated Discount" or whatever you'd like into the Title field
- Click on the field for Start Date to open the calendar picker and pick the day you want prorating to start. If you are doing Weekly Prorating, the discount will kick in 7 days after this start date, again after 14 days, etc. If you are doing Monthly Prorating, the discount will kick in on the same day of the month as your start date, ie a discount with a March 15 Start Date will be in effect from April 15 forward.
- Do the same for End Date for when you want it to end. Be careful you don't prorate your price all the way down to zero! After the End Date, the discount will no longer be in effect at all.
- Using the table below, click which Member Type(s) you want to prorate the cost and click the "Enable" checkbox(es)
- Type in the amount(s) for each Member Type. After one week or month in your chosen time frame, the cost of that Type will go down by that amount. After two weeks or months, it will go down twice that amount, and so on.
- Click Save Charge/Discount
- You're all done. You should see your discount now at the top of the screen under Review Current Charges & Discounts. If you need to change anything, click the pencil to edit.
- Note: Unlike other charges and discounts which appear at the end, the prorated amount will be shown to your members at the start of the sign-up process.
