Integrate with PayPal

    In order to have PayPal as a payment option on your SFC site, you’ll need to create a business account with PayPal.

  1. Create a business account with PayPal: https://www.paypal.com and click on “Sign Up” in the upper right corner.
  2. Click “Get Started” under the business prompt.
  3. Choose “Website Payments Standard” in the pulldown.
  4. Fill in the fields about your business and your contact information.
  5. After you’ve successfully filled out your information, you’ll need to verify the email address that you’ve associated with your PayPal account.
  6. When you have verified your email address, log in to your PayPal account and click on “Profile”.
  7. Let's now switch to "classic mode", which we think shows the menu information a little more clearer.
  8. Choose “API Access” located under “Account Information”
  9. Choose Option 2 and click "Request API Credentials".
  10. Select ‘Request API Signature” and click “Agree & Submit”. Your integration codes are displayed on the resulting screen.
  11. Leave that window open and open a new browser window with the Small Farm Central control panel. Navigate to: Sell / Configure / Integration
  12. You will see a space for username, password, and signature. Just copy and paste from the PayPal screen right into the SFC control panel. Make sure you submit your changes when you are done.
